It was completely refurbished in 2012. The house is 100m2 with two large bedrooms, one with two beds of 140x200cm and the other with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. The house has an open plan kitchen and a living room with a swedish woodstove. Casa El Balcón allows you to enjoy a 100m2 furnished terrace with an ocean view, El Teide and La Orotava Valley. You can also have complementary Wi-Fi. The minimum stay is seven days. Prices VAT included
